Dana Lyons, founder of Finish Strong Coaching, has been an avid competitive athlete for over 20 years in local, national and world multisport events.  Because of his passion for multisport and his desire to help others, Dana has launched a coaching service to help athletes of all abilities train while maintaining balance in their family life and career.  Dana’s winning strategy is to train smarter not longer.  Dana, one of the founding members, was the first President of Lonestar Multisport Club
